1/2010-Selected adoption agency, passports received, obtained copy of medical license and BOM letter, applied for INS approval

2/2010-Signed application to adopt, completed medical tests

3/2010-INS Approval received, durable powers of attorney, 1040, financial statement, letter verifying employment, property appraiser letter, sworn statement, agency license, state letter

4/2010-Criminal history reports, clerk letter re: residency

5/2010-Interagency agreement

6/2010-Obtained 1040 (revised), financial statement (revised), letter verifying employment (revised), property letter (revised), obtained homestudy (revised), sworn statement (revised), state letter (revised), received travel immunizations (round 1)

8/2010-Secured services of Dr. Miller/Tufts Floating Hospital for Children, travel immunizations (round 2)

9/2010-Dossier filed in St. Petersburg, Russia

11/12/2010-Notified of possible referral!

11/2010-Updated TB tests, secured airfare & hotel reservations, applied for visas

12/8/2010-Received our visas

12/12/2010-Arrived in St. Petersburg, Russia (brrr!)

12/13/2010-Met with Committee; received referral, met Our Future Daughter!

12/14/2010-8 md examinations & psych evaluations

12/16/2010-Signed court petition to officially adopt Our Girl!

12/18/2010-Head Home & wait for our court date!

1/2011-Update documents regarding medical status and financial information, home study, criminal background checks, and documents regarding residency.

2/2011-Update homestudy

2/22/2011-received our Court Date - March 3rd! Hurray!

3/3/2011-Court - It's official . . . we are parents!

3/15/2011-Gotcha!

3/26/2011-WE ARE HOME! HURRAY!
